Twelfth project call of Blue Cluster is open
Our twelfth call has been open since 16 August 2022. Project proposals must be submitted by 12 noon on 14 October at the latest. This new call is open to all domains and all project types, with the exception of cSBRs. Feasibility studies are not bound by the timing above and can be submitted on a continuous basis.

Federal government launches new action plan against marine litter
The ocean’s biodiversity is under serious pressure. One of the biggest threats to biodiversity is litter, and specifically plastic pollution. The Belgian federal government recognises the problem and wishes to tackle it. A new action plan was therefore presented to the press on 26 July.
