The Steering Committee is responsible for operational follow-up and decision-making on the cluster projects in which The Blue Cluster is involved. Steering Committee members discuss the pipeline of projects and approve projects for the spearhead cluster budget.

Blue Cluster has numerous small and medium-sized enterprises among its members. The SME Committee defends the interests of these members and pays particular attention to the identification of innovation opportunities for this group of companies.

The strategic direction of The Blue Cluster is primarily determined through the Board of Directors. This administrative body sets the strategic priorities of the partnership. The directors also oversee the management of financial resources.
