Accelerate your wind turbine decommissioning operations with the support of POM West-Vlaanderen and Blue Cluster. This call is open to all stakeholders involved in the decommissioning of wind turbines, both offshore and onshore, spanning the entire value chain.

The 2024 Blue Innovation Awards ceremony once again demonstrated that the blue economy is thriving in Flanders. The presented projects were all of particularly high quality. That did not make it any easier for the jury and the audience.

From May 23 to 26, Blue Cluster oganised the second edition of the Blue Innovation Village during Oostende voor Anker (Ostend voor Anker). In the Blue Innovation Village, visitors were introduced to various innovative projects, services and products in the blue economy.

On the occasion of Oostende voor Anker (Ostend at Anchor), Blue Cluster organised a drawing competition for primary students aged 9-12 on the topic of 'Discoveries at Sea'. We received a wide variety of truly inspiring drawings. We are happy to announce the winners.

We received no fewer than 18 entries for the fourth edition of the Blue Innovation Awards. After careful deliberation, our jury has selected two nominees per category. We would like to introduce them to you below. The winners will be announced on June 13 during the Blue Innovation Party Antwerp.
