Ninth project call of Blue Cluster

The ninth call runs from 16 August 2021 to 15 October 2021 at 12 noon. Each project proposal that fits within the Blue Cluster roadmaps and meets the cooperation requirements is eligible for funding. The current call is open to all innovation domains of Blue Cluster and to all project types, with the exception of SBR proposals.

Recently, Flanders Innovation & Entrepreneurship (VLAIO) has created the feasibility study as a new project type. It is therefore also possible to submit feasibility studies in call 9. Further information about the modalities of the different project types can be found on our website, in the section “project application”.

We are not organising an info session regarding our ninth project call. Want to know how to submit a project? You can rewatch the info session for Call 8.

Note: you cannot submit SBR proposals in call 9.

We highly recommend you to have one of our innovation managers assess your project beforehand. This way, you are 100% certain that your proposal is admissible.

Project proposals must be submitted to Blue Cluster before the deadline. This submission is not yet a full proposal, but a 10-pager according to the standardised format.

After approval by the steering group, the 10 pager can be further developed into a full proposal to be submitted to VLAIO by 17 December 2021. During the project preparations, Blue Cluster offers support to the project partners.

The deadline for submitting a 10-pager is Friday 15 October 2021 at 12 noon.
