Boost your SME with ELBE's financial support
ELBE Eurocluster has launched two new calls for financial support for SMEs. About ten European SMEs can receive financial support through each call. In this way, SMEs can boost their ambitions in offshore renewable energy.
More specifically, this concerns the following two calls:
- Financial support for individual services (max. €10,000);
- Financial support for training and education (max. € 13.500).

Calls
Financial support for individual services
The partners in the European ELBE EUROCLUSTER project have launched a call for financial support for individual services. The second window of this call has a budget of € 130,000. This will enable at least 13 individual SMEs to receive financial support.
Types of services
This call is aimed at European SMEs that make use of individual services within one of the following categories:
- Access to test facilities.
- International development.
- Marktet & business intelligence.
- Development and technology transfer.
- Green and IT Technology expertise.
Interested SMEs are required to submit their application together with their service provider or to describe the type of service they are looking for.
Selection
Only a limited number of applicants will eventually receive financial support. The following criteria will be used for the selection of these SMEs:
- Business strategy and scale-up potential;
- Relevance to ELBE Eurocluster domains;
- Pertinence of the service provider.
Financial support for training and education
The partners within the European project ELBE EUROCLUSTER have launched a call for financial support for training and education. The second window of this call provides for €13,500 in financial support for 14 SMEs.
Interested companies can choose from three training courses with a fixed service provider, or opt to make a proposal for other training courses themselves.
With fixed service provider
- Sustainability & digitalization - Designing strategies for increased competitiveness and innovation
- Sustainable business with focus on general Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) issues, UN Sustainability goals and materiality analysis
- Factlines platform for ESG reporting (incl. SW license)
If you are interested in the training module that covers sustainable businesses, we invite you to contact our member Mantis Consulting. They will gladly teach you how to navigate the field of sustainability and CSRD. They offer a CSRD program which enables companies work with CSRD in a pragmatic and practical way.
Customised proposal
As a company, you can also make a proposal for other training courses that achieve the same goals as the three modules mentioned above. In this case, you must describe the training(s) you want to follow as well as the goals you want to achieve with the training session.
If you choose this formula, it is necessary to also mention the potential provider(s) of the training in the application form.
Selection
SMEs must meet the eligibility requirements to qualify for financial support. A limited number of European SMEs will be selected from all applicants based on the following selection criteria:
- Leadership commitment;
- Scale-up potential;
- Clear ambition towards Sustainability Development Goals implementation.
