Info session on Blue Bastion call for demonstrator projects in maritime security
Blue Cluster, together with the Royal Higher Institute for Defence (RHID), is launching a new Blue Bastion call for demonstrator projects in maritime security. With this call, we aim to accelerate innovation for the protection of critical maritime infrastructure. During the information session on 6 May, you will get a clear overview of the call and the conditions for submitting a project proposal.
What can you expect?
The call focuses on demonstrator projects (TRL 5–6) that will progress to TRL 7. These are short six-month projects with a strong emphasis on fast-track validation. Projects can benefit from:
- Up to €350,000 in funding per project
- A focus on maritime security and defence (cyber, hybrid and physical threats)
- Attention for dual-use applications
- Collaboration between companies, knowledge institutions and end users

During the session, you will gain more insight into the call, meet potential partners and further develop your project idea. The working language of the event is English.
This information session is free of charge for both members and non-members of Blue Cluster.
