Background

Decommissioning: Become a Part of It falls within the scope of Ready4Decom and OWiDEx, two projects facilitated by Blue Cluster that deal with decommissioning.

Ready4decom strives to develop a clear and supported strategy for the dismantling of both on- and offshore wind turbines. In doing so, there is close cooperation with the various stakeholders of the quadrupel helix.

OWiDEx aims for a clear overview of the state-of-the-art, an expertise platform that is available to policymakers and the industry and a dismantling plan that allows policymakers and the industry to make better-informed decisions.
