At the end of September 2022, the 'Green Hydrogen: State of the Nations Summary Report' was launched. This report clearly describes the attitude towards green hydrogen in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom as well as the actions taken to support the development of green hydrogen.

The report includes:

  • a definition of what green hydrogen actually is;
  • an overview of relevant policies;
  • an outlook on the future energy landscape;
  • challenges and opportunities as to hydrogen; and
  • a few general conclusions.

This report falls within the Inn2POWER project and is primarily aimed at encouraging SMEs in the offshore wind power industry to explore the possibilities of green hydrogen. In addition, the project partners have developed a company directory with European companies active in the field of offshore wind energy and green hydrogen.
