Flanders’ FOOD and ILVO are organising an interactive study day for the Flemish food industry, introducing you to the benefits, characteristics, processability and taste of algae in food products. Furthermore, (interim) results of a series of other algae projects will be presented.

The plenary part will alternate with active sessions in small groups
