POM West-Vlaanderen and Blue Cluster have launched a business support call for companies involved  in the decomissioning of wind turbines. We invite participation from companies, organizations, and professionals who are active in any stage of the process, from decommissioning planning to recycling and new product development.

What we offer

We offer targeted coaching through a business accelerator designed specifically for companies and organizations in the wind turbine decommissioning value chain. This program aims to help you optimize your business models, integrate circular economy principles, and identify new market opportunities as you transition through the decommissioning process.

Our business support program will run from April 2025 to September 2025, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive journey for all participants. You can check out a more detailed programme below.

April - mid July 2025: Group Sessions

  • In early April, the program will start with a group session tailored to the key challenges in the wind turbine decommissioning value chain. The sessions will bring together participants to discuss relevant topics such as circular business model strategies, value chain design, decommissioning tools and resources.

June – August 2025: 1-on-1 Coaching

  • From early June, each participant or consortium will move into the 1-on-1 coaching phase. During this period, our expert coach will work closely with you to analyse and refine your business model, following the Business Model Canvas framework.
