FIVA publishes an annual report on its operation and activities. In this activity report, you will find:
- an overview of the legislation in force regarding support for the sector;
- a thorough explanation of all applications submitted and approved; and
- a description of the recent support evolution.
The ultimate aim of the funding instrument is to increase the productivity of shipping companies and aquaculture, ensure their profitability and reduce costs. The day-to-day operation and the management of FIVA are monitored by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries.
