Through the Flemish International Climate Action Programme, the Flemish Government supports projects that demonstrate technological solutions and innovations, disseminate knowledge and information, and initiate capacity building. The projects must be carried out in developing countries with a Flemish company taking the lead.

On 11 March 2024, the Flemish Government launched the 4th call of the program. The available budget for this call is €15 million. Projects should focus on areas where climate-related solutions will have maximum impact. The thematic scope includes biodiversity; education & research; energy; agriculture; environmental policy; transportation; and water (sanitation).
