Is there anything more suitable than a blue economy network event aboard a real ship? Attend our first Blue Night on Friday 26 August and enjoy a boat trip along the canal, a live performance, a delicious dinner and most importantly, the opportunity to get to know new people and catch up with old acquaintances.

Innovation mainly comes about when people from various backgrounds come together to exchange innovative ideas. We therefore cordially invite you to Blue Cluster’s first Blue Night.

We invite you to join us on Friday 26 August at the berth along the Brussels-Scheldt Maritime Canal (near Vaartdijk 2). Meet other actors in the marine and maritime sector, establish relationships and help shape the future of the blue economy.

Programme

Once everyone has boarded the ship, we will leave for a relaxing cruise along the canal. Along the way, you will be able to enjoy a delicious meal and some drinks. We have also planned a live performance. You will have ample opportunity to network with other attendees during the event.

De OCEANDIVA Futura

Practical information

We will embark on the OCEANDIVA Futura from 5 pm. Please arrive on time! Once the boat has left, it is no longer possible to join the event.

The embarkation point is located at the end of Vaartdijk. There are plenty of parking spots along the street. View a map with the event’s location.

Enter Vaartdijk 2 as the address on your navigation app. Remember to drive to the end of the street. There will also be signs from Vaartdijk.

Registration

Members and partners of Blue Cluster can participate free of charge. The number of participants per company or partner depends on the type of membership you have chosen. Do you want to attend the event, but are you not (yet) a member of Blue Cluster? Then you have to pay a contribution to the costs of € 150 (excl. VAT).

We ask that all interested parties register beforehand, as seating on board is obviously limited. As we want to make this event a real celebration, partners are also welcome at this event. The registration deadline is 24 August 2022 at 5 pm.

Are you registered but can’t attend the event for whatever reason? Please let us know by 25 August at the latest. Otherwise, we will have to charge a no-show fee of € 80.
