The future of sustainable energy lies at sea. At Blue Cluster, we bring together more than 200 companies to sustainably strengthen the blue economy through innovation. To further expand our activities in offshore renewable energy, we are looking for an enthusiastic (junior) Innovation Manager.

Your role

As (junior) Innovation Manager Offshore Energy, you support the development and coordination of innovation projects within the offshore renewable energy sector. You operate at the intersection of technology, collaboration and market development.

You help initiate high-impact projects, monitor them in close collaboration with companies and research institutions, and translate trends and breakthroughs into concrete initiatives. You also bring partners together through thematic sessions and networking events and contribute to the smooth organisation of project calls and steering committees.

In short: you help ideas grow into projects that truly make a difference.
