From young professionals who have grown up in a digital world to experienced colleagues with decades of expertise, each generation brings its own perspectives, talents and expectations. Through research insights, practical examples and personal testimonials, we will explore how different generations can strengthen one another and how age-conscious HR policies can contribute to a more inclusive and future-proof sector.

Waves of Change welcomes everyone active in or connected to the maritime sector – from policymakers and port authorities to researchers, educators, and professionals working on or around the water.
The event will take place from 09:30 to 14:15 at the Herman Teirlinck Building, Havenlaan 88, Brussels. Please note the official language of this event is Dutch.
